What is the warranty on hardgoods?

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a seam fails or a zipper breaks under normal use, we repair it or replace it. Wear and tear from intense use is covered under our repair program for a nominal fee.

How do I care for my waterproof shell?

Wash regularly with a technical wash (never standard detergent). Tumble dry on low to reactivate the DWR coating. When water no longer beads, reapply a spray-on DWR treatment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we dispatch gear globally. Note that international shipments may be subject to import duties depending on your destination country's regulations.
